Paperhouse Theatre is dedicated to bringing the Charlotte area inventive, human, and entertaining theatre pieces that stretch our creativity. We have two types of shows: Mainstage Performances and Special Events.

The k of d - an urban legend.
Laura Schellhardt. A spooky tale of a 12 year old girl whose brother’s death sets off a mysterious series of events. At times funny and touching, one actor portays the whole town affected by this death.
School for Wives
Moliere. Rich, middle aged Arnolphe plans to avoid the pitfalls of love and marriage by teaching his own intended bride how to be the perfect wife. But when unexpected competition appears it will be the teacher who gets schooled in love.
We Won't Pay We Won't Pay
Dario Fo. A socialist farce, think Honeymooners meets Karl Marx. Silliness abounds as two couples try to navigate a food riot and a factory shutdown.
